Symposium Hotel and Room Reservations

A block of rooms for participants has been set aside at the prevailing government per diem rate (plus tax). To receive this special rate, hotel reservations will need to be made no later than Monday, November 7, 2011.

All hotel changes and cancellations should be made directly with the hotel (phone: 202-483-3000). It is the responsibility of each participant to make changes or cancellations no later than 3 days prior to scheduled arrival. Rooms are generally not available for check-in until 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Parking
Self-parking is available at the hotel for approximately $32 per day and/or overnight. Valet parking is available at the hotel for approximately $37 per day and/or overnight.
Note: The sponsors, SERDP and ESTCP, request that the Washington Hilton provide HydroGeoLogic, Inc. and/or its representative(s) with access to guest reservation information pertaining to guests who have reserved rooms at the Washington Hilton as part of the Partners room block.
